Strichnin Comic Magazine (2008) / text, illustration
Strichnin is a German print-publication that combines different short story comics from different artists dealing with one subject. In my case that subject was "streets". I developed a storyline inspired by a song of a german 90's rap group called "Doppelkopf" and illustrated it in a dark, reduced black and white style. The comic is named "Gleichgewicht" and deals with the balance of good and evil. In 2010 we won the "Max & Moritz" Award for Strichnin. The award is the most renowned for graphic novels in German speaking
countries.
